Our ability to respond quickly is based on the immediate mobilization of skilled experts who work collaboratively to put an action plan in place, leveraging our proprietary tools and our global and local networks.

Customers of our travel solutions can rely on our in-house Medical Team which is comprised of practicing emergency medicine physicians and nurses, who liaise with 400 other medical professionals within the EA Group, as well as our logistics and security teams who are expert at handling the most complex situations and routinely conduct evacuations out of high-risk locations around the world.
